V posledn\u00fdch d\u0148och na\u0161i tr\u00e9neri vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine t\u00edmov testovali hr\u00e1\u010dov. Niektor\u00ed s\u00fa na tom fyzicky dobre, in\u00ed musia prida\u0165. Nasleduj\u00fa zhruba tri t\u00fd\u017edne vo\u013ena (dovolenky) a niekedy koncom j\u00fala za\u010d\u00edna letn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava na \u013eade. T\u00e1 trv\u00e1 a\u017e do za\u010diatku septembra, kedy s\u00fa u\u017e s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1pasy. Prest\u00e1vka na za\u010diatku j\u00fala sl\u00fa\u017ei na to, aby si \u0161portovec hokejista odpo\u010dinul psychicky, ale tie\u017e fyzicky. Hlavne jeho \u0161\u013eachy tento oddych potrebuj\u00fa. Po pr\u00edchode na \u013ead sa za\u010d\u00edna v\u00fdrazne budova\u0165 kond\u00edcia a s\u00fa\u010dasne d\u00e1va tr\u00e9ner dohromady svoj t\u00edm z poh\u013eadu taktiky, hern\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, nacvi\u010duje presilov\u00e9 hry a podobne. Popri tom by tr\u00e9neri, ak to vedia, mali robi\u0165 aj tr\u00e9ningy na suchu, ale nie v takom po\u010dte a v takej intenzite ako po\u010das m\u00e1ja a j\u00fana. A t\u00e1 nespo\u010d\u00edva len v tom, \u017ee sa v noci vysp\u00edm a po\u010das d\u0148a sa najem. Pilates, kompenza\u010dn\u00e9, antidisbalan\u010dn\u00e9, alebo stre\u010dingov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia s\u00fa podstatnou \u010das\u0165ou kvalitnej pr\u00edpravy na suchu. Tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 vo\u013eno pl\u00e1nujeme na mesiac j\u00fal. Od 1.augusta chceme znovu za\u010da\u0165 s tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdm procesom. V auguste u\u017e r\u00e1tame s \u013eadom na Levickom zimnom \u0161tadi\u00f3ne. Zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme ve\u013ek\u00fd v\u00fdznam letnej pr\u00edpravy a v\u0161eobecnej zdatnosti a pripravenosti hokejistu.
