Zameriavaj\u00fa sa najm\u00e4 na rozvoj a kvalitu tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho procesu, po\u010det organizovan\u00fdch tr\u00e9ningov, mo\u017enosti rozvoja hr\u00e1\u010dov aj v s\u00favislosti s vykon\u00e1van\u00edm in\u00fdch \u0161portov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medzi \u00falohy region\u00e1lnych in\u0161truktorov patr\u00ed pomoc klubom s tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdm procesom \u010di vyv\u00edjanie podporn\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa ma\u0165 pozit\u00edvny vplyv napr\u00edklad na v\u00fdkonnostn\u00fd rast mlad\u00fdch hokejistov. Po novom by mali region\u00e1lni in\u0161truktori tr\u00e1vi\u0165 v kluboch viac \u010dasu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Region\u00e1lni in\u0161truktori s\u00fa tu pre kluby. Chceme, aby sa ich tr\u00e9neri p\u00fdtali, \u010do m\u00e1 ako fungova\u0165, \u010do je dobr\u00e9 a \u010do nespr\u00e1vne. Na druhej strane je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby im in\u0161truktori poskytovali sp\u00e4tn\u00fa v\u00e4zbu na vykonan\u00fa pr\u00e1cu,\u201c<\/strong> povedal Roman S\u00fdkora riadite\u013e oddelenia rozvoja klubov SZ\u013dH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das s\u00e9rie v\u00fdberov\u00fdch konan\u00ed vybral Slovensk\u00fd zv\u00e4z \u013eadov\u00e9ho hokeja spomedzi v\u0161etk\u00fdch uch\u00e1dza\u010dov osem mien, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa vo svojich regi\u00f3noch nosite\u013emi s\u00fa\u010dasnej v\u00edzie slovensk\u00e9ho hokeja. Nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa sa medzi nimi viacer\u00ed b\u00fdval\u00ed&nbsp;reprezentanti i tr\u00e9neri.
